枸杞叶猪肝汤
滚一碗补血养肝明目的营养靓汤---枸杞叶猪肝汤
要点1:猪肝要现切现做。新鲜的猪肝切开后放置时间一长胆汁会流出,会损失养分,所以猪肝切片后应迅速使用料酒、酱油和和湿淀粉拌匀,并尽早下锅。
要点2:家里有现成的上汤就用上汤(我用的是前一天煮鸡、猪肚的汤),没有上汤就在锅内放适量的水、姜片、植物油,烧开,入枸杞子;水滚后入枸杞叶;水再次滚起后入腌制好的猪肝,再煮滚1-2分钟即可加盐、关火。
